1. About the programme
The loyalty rewards programme (“the Programme”) is operated by the salon. By joining the Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Programme is free to join and available to individuals aged 16 and over who are residents of the United Kingdom.
2. Earning stamps
- Stamps are awarded at the sole discretion of the salon staff, typically one stamp per qualifying visit or treatment.
- Stamps can only be awarded by staff scanning your in-app QR code. Stamps cannot be self-awarded.
- QR codes are unique to your account and expire after 5 minutes. Do not share your QR code with others.
- Stamps have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Stamps are non-transferable and cannot be combined across accounts.
- Any stamps obtained fraudulently may be removed and the account suspended.
3. Tiers and levels
- Your loyalty tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold) is based on your total stamps earned across all visits, and once a higher tier is reached it is permanent for the lifetime of your account.
- Loyalty levels represent your progression through the current stamp cycle and may reset at cycle completion.
- Tier thresholds and associated discounts may be changed by the salon at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Rewards
- Rewards are earned by reaching milestone stamps or completing a loyalty cycle, as configured by the salon.
- Rewards must be redeemed in person at the salon and cannot be used online or transferred.
- Rewards may have an expiry date shown in your Vault. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- the salon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any reward at any time.
5. Referrals
- You may refer new members using your unique invite link or code.
- Referral bonuses are awarded only when the referred person makes their first qualifying visit.
- Each person may only be referred once. Referring the same person via multiple accounts is not permitted.
- Referral bonuses are subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
6. Birthday rewards
If you provide your birthday (month and day), you may receive a birthday reward during your birthday month. Birthday rewards are at the discretion of the salon and may vary. No year of birth is required or collected.
7. Account and termination
- You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. All stamps, rewards, and personal data will be permanently deleted.
- the salon may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached, or if the account is used fraudulently or dishonestly.
- the salon may terminate the Programme at any time with reasonable notice to members.
8. Changes to these terms
the salon may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Programme after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via push notification where possible.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
